King Cartus II Lorling

Cartus II was a king who tried to live up to the greatness of his ancestors, particularly his grandfather Cartus I. However, despite his best efforts, he did not leave a significant mark on the history of Rasfadal. He attempted to expand Rasfadal's territory into Meras, but his efforts were mostly unsuccessful. Some chroniclers describe him as a competent ruler who maintained the legacy of his forefathers, while others see him as a failure who couldn't match the greatness of his predecessors. Nonetheless, he ruled with wisdom and diplomacy, and his reign was a time of prosperity and peace for the people of Rasfadal.
