Queen Sarah of Helmling, the second queen to rule Rasfadal, faced a daunting task as she ascended to the throne in the year 1003AP. She inherited a kingdom that had been ravaged by the corrupt and disastrous reign of her cousin Wilm, and was faced with the task of restoring order and stability to her people.
Despite her best efforts to quell the uprisings, they persisted, leading to the eventual loss of several regions. With the support of outside powers, Soravia, Fallar, and southern counties claimed independence, which would ultimately spell the end of House Helmling's rule over Rasfadal.
In the end, Queen Sarah's reign was marked by tragedy and loss. Despite her valiant efforts to maintain control over her kingdom, she was ultimately unable to prevent the fall of House Helmling. Her death in 1018AP marked the end of an era, and with no eligible heir to the throne, the crown passed to House Emerling, signaling the end of House Helmling's rule over Rasfadal.
