Termodi
"Termodi lies in the center of the kingdom of Elmara. Its location on two rivers make it an important trade city. Nearly all inland trade from the western side of the kingdom passes through the city of Termodi before it reaches the sea in port town of Farmaso. Two strategically placed draw bridges allow the city to ask merchants extortionate taxes on their way east.
The city was once the capital of the Kingdom of Parra, before it was conquered by the Burbric Empire. Back then it was a much smaller settlement, but still one of the more prominent and powerful cities south of the Domart Mountains.
The city of Termodi is no the seat of the Margave of Parra-Dorrio, a powerful vassal of King Alfonte. The city itself is often described and attractive and lively. Many trees line the streets and various parks throughout the city give it a distinctive feel compared to the rest of the Elmaran cities."
