Clovis is a low ranking noble of House Adnet. He is a veteran of the Gendarmerie for the Duchy of Dunia, serving for nearly a decade. When was 28, he resigned from his position as a commander and was given a cushy job in Mullinhal by his great uncle, Marcel Adnet. He was offered a guard post within Argenroux Village, but opted instead to take a position within Charger's Borough. This decision proved lucrative, as he was able to become captain of the guard in the Borough, and soon after rebuilt the district's guard tower.
He struggles to keep the good will of the residents of Charger's Borough, as many within the district hold great animosity for House Adnet. Like many members of House Adnet, Clovis has many direct connections with various merchants, and is on good terms with many of the middle class in Mullinhal. Much unlike many of his family, he tries to help those under his rule when possible. For this reason he is well respected among veterans of the guard, and is well known by many soldiers within Mullinhal and the Barony of Buchanan at large. As of 2123, he has set his sights on dismantling the Mendigot after they've began disrupting trade within the city.
In 2124, he took Rin of Kitzbruck under his stead at the behest of his sister, Fiora Adnet. At first he didn't think much of the women, but she has gained his respect as she proved her worth. As of 2125, Clovis considers Rin his most trustworthy asset and personally has her on his payroll.
