Cossus was born within his family's estate “december” 13, 2079 to his father Pavel Vicari and mother Sofia Vicari. Once his mother was killed Cossus spent the most of his time indoors with his tutors. It was during that long stint inside that Cossus began wanting to find ways out of the house and had asked for a magical aptitude test from the capitals academy. The professor that administered the test said the Cossus had promising results but without a full blown apprenticeship he had no idea how well Cossus would do. This gave Cossus the chance he needed to explore the greater world around him.

Cossus then spent the next eight years within the Prolonging Gift academy learning of the magical practices, it was at this school where he meet his friend Ragoth Miir and his wife Anna. Once his time in the academy ended the was approached by the wizards of the Golden Order to join the order and continue his magic studies. Cossus accepted the offer to join the religious order and now spends his life dedicated to the Order and his family. He has achieved the rank of Prelete within the order and some say he has a direct connection to the golden god himself.
