In secret on the Brown Plantation, a sub-dermal chip was developed in order to track slaves on the plantation. It was fitted along the middle of the back above the tail bone. Using the Russian satellites available for the technology of TrumpLand, a GPS tracking tool is inserted.
Within a few years, the chip is installed deeper in the body with the ability to shock the spine. On unhealthy individuals, this has resulted in paralysis.
