Grand Decennial Council

A Ten seat council That acts as the overarching Governance for the Inner Rings.  Decisions of the greatest magnitude are brought to their attention. Their Members hold the utmost power and respect within the inner rings. Of the  ten seats 8 of them are dedicated to the 8 main races the compose the inner rings. Human, Android, Arvask, Lashuntan, Shirren, Kasathas, Yoski, Vesk. The Last two seats are to reserved for those not of the other 8 races. and they represent all the minority races that exist within the Inner Rings
