An Intellect Devourer that grew from one of the roses the Party planted in the Caverns of Thought. They identify as an amalgamation of minds, with all thoughts ending in violence. They have the ability to consume the brain of their foes, as they did with a wyvern.
Nexus has now been crafted a body using the transmutation circle in Tower Thultanthar, that of an intersex amethyst dragonborn (with tail), and has become a Soul Knife rogue.
