One of the three Shadowvar  settlements and the seat of Arcanist Dekanter . The obsidian  mines are located here, however it is notoriously hostile towards outsiders.

History

After the fall of Netheril and the Fourth Fall of Toril, Ramulai was founded by some of the surviving Netherese, who became known as the shadowvar.
