Tovalis

One of the three Shadowvar  settlements in the Shadowfell , and the seat of Arcanist Jeriah.

History

After the fall of Netheril and the Fourth Fall of Toril, Tovalis was founded by some of the surviving Netherese, who became known as the shadowvar.
