Redmond's Rebellion

Refusing the Count's Command, Lord Redmond Falconshield declared himself in Rebellion against his liege Count Tylan Renthorn. When Tylan heard, he raised his banners and marched on the Falconshield's Lordship of the Stormpeaks. With both armies camped and fortified on opposite sides of a bridged river, the days proceeded as so:

The Count dispatched small forces to secure Redmond's outer villages and Hamlets, and secure their rear, and entrap Redmond in his mountains.
The Loyalists treated with the foreign allies of the Falconshields. Tylan told them he, with his superior force, would attack at first light, and they had until then to leave.
In the night, the Rebel's allies left, accepting safe passage from Tylan and his Loyalists.
Come morning, Tylan met Redmond on the bridge, and accepted his sword and his surrender.
Tylan revoked the large village of Lion's Tail and its acres, and took Redmond's son Xavier to be his ward and hostage to ensure the peace.
Tylan pressed on, and feasted at the same table as Redmond in the Falconshield's stronghold - Skykiss.

It was the first Evergladian war in decades, where no blood was spilled.
