The third battle of Frühland was the final battle in the Frühland war, and the final major battle of the invasion.

Despite many valorous displays throughout the day, the Frühland army was smashed, most of it's upper command killed or captured, and the rest were forced to join the forced exile east.

The battle also has the destinction of being one of the last battles faught in the late-medieval style, with the era of pike and shot starting to be defined soon after.

The Frühlings, also known as the wandering spring, were one of many cultures displaced during the conflicts that followed the War of the Wyrms. Their original homeland, now located within the borders of the Empire of the Sun, was lush and full to bursting with crops and foodstuffs nearly year-round. An attractive target for a roving army that wasn't ignored. Whatever conflict there was over the land, it didn't last long, and yet no quarter was spared. The Frühlings were all driven from their homes, killed if they resisted, and sent eastwards, assumedly to die by exposure or starvation.

They would find nothing until they reached the Brumel, and even then they would find only ice and snow. They likely would have died off completely if not for the timely intervention of the Brui. Being native to the Brumel and one of a short list of original inhabitants, they were well positioned to act as teachers and guides to the stream of newcomers into their ancestral territory. Thankfully, the Brui have a long history of charity and public outreach built into their culture, and that facet pushed the Brui to assist their new neighbors.

Known for height, broad shoulders, fair skin and dark hair. Eye color is more limited than normal.
