Oni

The name given to the mysterious creatures that regularly attack the eastern coast of the Land of Jet and Jade, the Oni seem to vary greatly in size or shape or are made up of many subspecies. It's unclear which as they've never been seen without armor, and their bodies (if they even have true bodies) disintegrate when killed.
