The Transience of Dragons

A discussion about how dragons can really take any form they want and retain most of their power, if not all.

The only limitation being that their eyes are nearly impossible to hide, and appear in some fashion, even if they’re not physically on the form. Things like tattoos, or marks that mimic the placement of the eyes.
