The Drowned

Often in the Dark Caribbean Mariners meet an Untimly end through Drowning. Raging Storms sink their ships, Longboats Captsize in unfamiliar waters or dangerous shores. The Scourge has its effects on these waters and when a mariner meets an untimely end dark magics just might transfrom them into one of the drowned or perhaps they where a victim of the Drowned in the first place. The Drowned haunt Dark Kelp infested sea caves, and coastal soals and even floating Sargasso Seas.   Mariners lost to the dark tide, these water-logged ghouls drift in kelp forests waiting for unsuspecting sailors to pass by.
