Their glory days long faded the Dutch try to hold onto what little they have in the way of holdings in the Dark Caribbean, Small Smuggling dens run by Merchant Princes that are more pirates than princes. Most of the Dutch Outcast Protestants that are clearly against the Inquisition and the Empire of Spain. The Dutch are often disruptive traders gnawing at the underpinnings of other factions in the Dark Caribbean siding and making deals to enrich themselves be it Gold, ASH, or stolen goods.
