Structure
Higher level leadership is rumored but thus far unconfirmed.
The leader leads, with their word being respected so long as they display strength and dedication to the group's continued survival. This loose definition often leads to infighting, as this leader is given the ability to delegate roles to others based on their perspective of what is best. Roles like kidnapper, chip-ripper, and more are common.
This particular sect insidiously takes to the streets in order to recruit the homeless, often by force, turning them into the grunts of their operations, who typically die or break and become one of their own captors.
Culture
Similar to other scav groups, with a particular reverence towards BDs, often remaining in them for absurd lengths of time, the effects of such exposure are not fully known but may explain the gang's particular ruthlessness and detachment from reality. It's a dog-eat-dog world, and they intend to feast on whatever they can get their hands on.
The scavs mark themselves with rudimentary implants displaying their love for the braindance format, like welding BD viewers to their faces or implanting vidscreens to their exposed skin.

They keep control of Santo's biggest salvaging site, ensuring plenty of eddies (though they never stay long), scrap, and potential customers. Most of their weapons and gear are subpar and made from scrap or scavenged from their victims.
