Brujah

“My mother said violence never solves anything." "So?" Mr. Dubois looked at her bleakly. "I'm sure the city fathers of Carthage would be glad to know that."- Starship Troopers
Warrior-Poets. Philosopher Kings. Assholes in leather jackets.
Pick a machine and the Learned Clan will rage against it. The Brujah seek to overturn ever unjust system in their path and want mortals to do the same. However having a Promethean in your movement is double edged sword. They can fire up the crowd and throw a dumpster, sure. They can also loose it and get violent simply for the fact their Beast craves it.
If a member of the clan sees a spark in you they will embrace you, damn the consequences. It might be the challenges posed to you because you’re “different.” It could be a lifetime of working to make the world a better place. Or it could just be that you’re always pissed.
Just because they are your sire doesn’t mean they are your daddy though. They may very well leave you to awaken in alleyway while they run off to find a system to tear down. It is theorized that the Rebels are the clan that sires most Caitiff.

Mythology & Lore

“Carthage. That’s were our clan hails from. The city on the sea. A paradise for both kindred and kine. We lived in peace with them. We lived among them as equals. We would partake of their blood consensually and in return we served as their protectors. We could remake the world in our image and make it paradise. It was a revolutionary idea and it frightened those across the sea. Rome came and salted our lands. Who pulled the strings in Rome? Ventrue. Those bastards saw us as a potential enemy. In their folly they made us an eternal enemy. Every Sheriff meets his Robin Hood. Every Marie Antionette meets her guillotine. Every Tsar and Prince will meet their revolution, and sister we are that revolution. For Carthage!”
