The Culdarian Economic Exchange's headquarters on Deadpoint Island. A dull office space. There's a desk, many filing cabinets, some nautical maps and a charmless ceiling fan.

Special abilities

Level 1: Adventurer's Stipend

Until 1 High Summer, 3460, basic, modest Living Expenses were covered by the CEE

Level 2: Emergency Communications

All active adventurers received a Scroll of Minor Sending from the CEE, a gift for their promptness in joining the cause. Minor Sending works like Sending except the range is limited to a 10km radius around AOS wind staves or Deadpoint. They can be purchased from Nemerlang for 200gp.

Level 3: City Council Stewardship

With Deadpoint's growth in mind, the CEE will play an active role in advising and staffing Guidelight Sharkbane's office. Adventurers may be asked to vote on certain economic decisions or apply to assist with growing civic duties.
