Listen boy, I know exactly one song about Belfae, and I only learned it to save my hide the next time the admiralty decided to inspect us without notice. Everything has it's place, everyone at their station, and eachone well oiled.

While not technically a town in the traditional sense, thus the name that details a particular location, rather than a place that people build their lives, the Bay of Sighs is perhaps one of the most famous ports in the whole world, even though the amount of cargo moving through it's docks is minuscule in comparison to some of the more important ones.
No, the Bay of Sighs is a destination meant for... other tasks.
Founded during the Wheel of Exploration as a settlement of pirates, the Bay of Sighs was intended to be a place that privateers and other such ruffians could sit back and relax, spending their hard-earned plunder on food, drink, and other pleasures. The towns laws were harshly enforced, making sure that none of the regulars brought their work with them to the growing town and ensuring that it could be a place for anyone with a set of sails could journey to and enjoy, allowing the town to survive into the future.
Now it's a resort town, of sorts. It is the sort of place that people plan to visit during their summer and winter vacations, piling into planes and cruise ships to travel there and spend a month or two in luxury.
