A large prison on the outskirts of the Abandoned City in Southside . Zack Silverswas held here for 2 years before he became the assassin Bloodclot.

The purpose of the Penitentiary is to house dangerous criminals, such as serial killers and gangsters.

Part of the prison’s roof recently had to be rebuilt due to the Crash.
