Retztelki & the Accident
“Oh-oh my!” Retztelki exclaimed, finger hovering over the code-typer of the prototype food heater (placeholder name until a good one was invented) It was trying to build/design as It stared at the grey-rimmed hole in the wall. The food heater had heat up the Arachnofish* (barely, not enough to keep it fresh, had to work on that a little), but it had also appeared to cause an unintended side effect.
But the hole in the wall wasn’t from damage, oh no. It seemed to be something much more interesting. There wasn’t even anything on the other side of that wall, it was just dirt. What was on the side of that wall was… different. Even without the fact that there should be nothing on the other side, it was just… different. The area was covered by strange plants, Retztelki had never seen the likes of before which It was pretty sure didn’t belong to the Cluster. Stepping around the machine, It cautiously stuck It’s hand out the hole and felt something it had never felt before- Gel-less air.

*Arachnofish is literally just a normal-looking fish but with a spider head
