Earth Zero is almost entirely unaware of the discontinuum, but the discontinuum knows about Earth Zero and watches it. Some of the watchers are benign. The Stability Council keeps an eye on it. Other watchers have different ways of breaking the Barriers and their long term goals might be less well intentioned.
