Caer Cathasach

Caer Cathasach is a fortress on the ocean coast of the Isle of Bees, guarding the way to the fairy heartlands. It is sometimes called the New Castle by those fey who remember another citadel, the fabled Läntinen Vartiotorni, the Western Watchtower, now long gone, sadder and older, but Caer Cathasach, itself, is ancient beyond the mind of man.
Caer Cathasach was the site of the last battle at the end of the relatively recent Second Rift War, a battle tainted with its own tragedies despite the final victorious outcome.
The current warden is Tyrem Aurinko, a fey prince who now rules the castle on behalf of Queen Mab.
