Kohla Qwam (Cola-Kwham)
Kohla Qwam was a legendry member of the Final Examiners on Magicians' End during the age of the Moderators' Council and the most feared of all their assassins.
Kohla operated between 2844 and 2862 APC. We can say little else about them, not even their sex, since the name is a code name and it has even been speculated it might have been used by multiple agents, although most historians believe there was only one individual behind the name.
In the language of the long dead wizards of the Kingdom of Snowborne, Kohla Qwam means simply fated justice, with the implication that it is unavoidable and inevitable.
