Lincoln Talkawend (a.k.a. Blind Lincoln)

Lincoln Telkawend was a member of the aristocracy of Anoomenon who went into self imposed exile when he was in his early twenties after he was blinded in an arcane experiment with the fusion lamps for which Anoomenon is famous. For most of his life he has lived at Leeward Sands, not far from the city itself, where his skills in divining the nature of local rips in the Discontinuum which pepper the Perque Bay, are valuable to the fishermen.
