Sister Exelsior

Sister Exelsior is the title given to the leader of one of the Temples of the Sisterhood of the Blood Iris. Each of these sisters also sits on the Council of the Irises, which, under the leadership of the Eldest Sister sets the policy for the sisterhood and acts as a nebulous form of government for all the Blood Iris Sisters.
