Stephan Crux
Stephan Crux was the fourth Arcane Chancellor of the Institute of Magical Analytics between 12th Glim, 2381 APC and 17th Tivith, 2447 APC, a particularly important period in its history and the history of the world.
He was one of the key figures who were instrumental in establishing the Moderators' Council in 2412 APC and steered the Institute and the Council through some difficult times as they both became more powerful.
