The Radiant Council

The Radiant Council is the ruling body of the Church of Hidden Radiance, led by the Focus of Light. In addition to their role as adminstrators within the Church, they also have special duties to appoint the next Tyrant of Carafon from amongst their own numbers following the death or incapacity of the incumbent Tyrant.
