Thister-Arcs

The Thister-Arcs arrived on Earth exactly 3000 years after the start of the Foundation Age. They were a small group of no more than one hundred individuals, fleeing from an ancient conflict in a distant part of the galaxy. As many had done before them, they found refuge in the City of Exiles, establishing a small colony on the rooftops of an otherwise abandoned quarter of Anoomenon. Their ancient enemies and nemesis are the Thistlings.
