Yolan Nettlethorn was the code name of a famous member of the Final Examiners, a skilled and feared enforcer of the edicts of the Moderators' Council. His name is linked closely with Eldyne Brathol, the Senior Moderator who took close control over the the Examination Board and for whom he perfomed a number of notorious executions.
