Duuloa Gix (Do-lah Gih-kx)

Duuloa Gix, literally meaning Freed Claw, is an organisation dedicated to freeing the Dragonborn from draconic and clerical rule. It advocates for religious and cultural freedom, the availability of education, and increased contact and trade with the lands beyond the mountains.

Structure

Duuloa gix has one head leader, with a growing number of local/regional commanders. Each Commander has at least one Captain, who manage sub-groups and operate as a chain of command. Under the Captain(s) are a variety of agents that serve various roles in Duuloa gix's mission.

Culture

Duuloa gix has religious roots, claiming to follow the example of an original rebel. This rebel, whose name is lost to history, slew a dragon and took the name Duuloa gix. They promised to bring their people freedom and opportunities.
(Editors Note: While there is debate on whether Duuloa gix was a real historical figure or simply a myth, it is impossible to prove either way. As such, many historians consider her a religious figure.)
It is common for members of Duuloa Gix to change their clan name to Duuloa, both disowning their birth clan and making their vow part of their identity.

Public Agenda

Duuloa gix's main goals are to achieve religious and cultural freedom in the dragonlands, and to open further peaceful relations with other regions. They also put a focus on education, and are credited with inventing the most universal draconic alphabet.

History

Duuloa gix has been operating in the dragonlands for a long time, though there are only written records of the last 60 years. Operation is spreading rapidly today, though the risk to agents in several regions is growing exponentially.

• translations and transcriptions of many tales and histories from several different cultures
• the first attempt to document the different cultures of the dragonlands
• translations of other species' books into draconic languages

The Tale of Duuloa Gix

Duuloa gix was a dragonborn rebel who is said to have lived between 200 and 500 years ago. He was born during a [cosmic anomaly] and was granted great power by [deity]. When she was a young child, she was sent as a sacrifice to the dragon [dragon's name], but escaped. When they returned to their tribe, they were seen as bad luck, and nearly killed.
Duuloa gix traveled the dragonlands for years alone, seeing the oppression brought on by both draconic rule and those who claimed to rule for dragons. She vowed to fix these problems, and set about securing the
