This Large sized bola has one of it's weights constructed out of fragile glass filled with one of four Alchemical substances (Alchemical Fire, Acid, Sparkstone (A&E), Frostfire (SS)). When used this weight breaks and spills onto the target causing 2d6 damage for the first round and 1/2 again the round after. They cannot be re-used without repairing them first.

Bola's can be used to make a Ranged trip, This bola uses the +4 Size modifier for being Large, regardless of the size of creature using it. Ranged trip attacks add your Dex instead of your Str modifier to the trip roll. Even if using for a trip attack the glass weight breaks and deals the alchemical damage.
For an additional 10g these can be packed into a carriage for firing from a modified Ballista.

Requires a exotic weapon proficiency to use.
