The Paladins learn not to kill unarmed humanoids

The team learned of a sale of a group of a group of slaves that seemed to be headed for the Malari so they went to head the convoy off. Once they got to the meeting point they lay in ambush of the slaver caravan, and get a jump on the convoy. In the battle they freed a troupe of Orc that were captive, but when they started to re-arm themselves the party panicked and cut all but one of them down. Their leader was a Paladin of Gruumsh, who summoned his own Direwolf to escape, but KT ran him down and slew him.

They question the Orc that survived, learning they were a party from Gutterdor, an Orc settlement on the island that has been plagued by undead. They were trying to find the source when they were captured.

Next morning everyone was having issues with spells not holding in memory, and both KT and Orm were having issues calling their mounts. Going back to Sandpoint they get a divination done by Marigold to understand that they needed to Atone for their transgressions
