The code of the phantom division is used by the elite phantom division. it does not really have a name so it is called the code of the phantom division. The phantom division was a division for espionage and Assassination it eventually needed a way to communicate to each other so they made the code of the phantom division. The code is not written it is hand signs that are the code.
