the destruction of mount moltencore

mount moltencore is the only volcano in the land of beasts. the volcano was quiet and the people near by thought it would would be safe to build villages near the volcano. after several generations the volcano erupted it was massive the towns near by were covered by ash. most fled when they saw the ash but some people that that it would stop stayed but then it went higher an higer and they were draped inside and either killed themselves or died of starvation. most of the people that fled survived but some could not make it out alive. about fifty percent of the villagers that were at the towns survived. the volcanos eruption destroyed some of the forest near by. the volcano destroyed its self when it erupted. the lava burst out of the volcano destroying most of it with chunks of rock flying every were and created a stable piece of land behind the volcano. the volcano on one side had trees and forests were there was land on the other side there was a ocean. after the volcano erupted there then became a small bit of land on the side there was ocean. the volcano split away a little bit from the main land mast causing a small river to trickle in to the small canyon. the volcano now looks like a small mountain with a small bit of lava in the center. people have not gone back to live there in fear that mount moltencore will erupt again. but people go to look at the most moltencore because it is the only volcano in the land of beasts. the villagers that survived the eruption now live near the river and have a great city and they look over mount moltencore to see if the volcano will erupt.
