The houses in the trees

The houses in the trees are a typical house in the land of beasts in forest areas ( most of the continent). The houses in the trees are often made out of a tree called mamoth pine. Mamoth pine is a gaint tree the size of a red wood. For the houses in the trees they usally build high up around the tree and then they carve into the tree to make more living space. They sometimes connect the houses to make some streets up in the trees. The streets in the trees aren't for ridding for there supposed to just be walked on. To get into the houses they have a hidden door on the tree that leads to the stair case in the tree that goes up to the house. The other way is that they have a vine ladder that leads into the outside of the house. There are to parts of the house the outer rim and the center area. The outer rim part would have porches bookshelfs and maybe a outside dinning room. Inside there is the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and some extra rooms for what ever hobbies they have. These houses are useful to the people because they have more room for planting and farming. They even take some trees and make them stores for food, iron, and smal magic items. All of the house is made out of wood except one part the oven area is made out of iron were you can light a fire without burning the tree down.

Design

The design of the houses are very detail they take there time. They even carve sofas in the house sand then put cushions on the wood piece. They carve dragons, lions, and murals and pictures on the walls. The walls are a tan color with a stripe of black every now and then.
