Fauna & Flora

Nothing is known about the flora and fauna of the Andromeda Galaxy as there has not been a successful exploration of the galaxy as of the year 3030. However, there are rumors, theories, and guestamations that due to the large size of the Andromeda Galaxy, that there are Earth-like planets within the galaxy.

History

Little is known about the Andromeda Galaxy as it has been out of human reach since its discovery.
The Andromeda Galaxy was discovered before the plague that erased all life on earth. Due to the erased knowledge lost in the eradication of life on Earth, the Andromeda Galaxy was not rediscovered by the new world until approximately the year 2600. The Andromeda Galaxy is approximately

Tourism

There is no tourism to the Andromeda Galaxy.

There have been several attempts at sending probes, observation satellites, recovery robots, and human expeditions to observe the Andromeda Galaxy, but they have all consistently failed.

Probes

Over 300 probes have been sent in the direction of the Andromeda Galaxy. All probes have either lost connection, malfunctioned, or been destroyed by unknown causes.

Observation Satellites

There have been a total of 119 Observation Satellites sent to the Andromeda Galaxy all of which have ended in failure.

Reconnaissance Robots

There have been 26 reconnaissance robots sent to the Andromeda Galaxy. While the robots were assumed to be functional, the rockets transporting them have suffered errors, malfunctions, and fuselage problems, leaving them abandoned in empty space.

Human Expeditions

There have been a total of 12 human expeditions to the Andromeda Galaxy, 8 of which were done in secrecy.

Public Expeditions

The first 2 of the public expeditions were met with malfunctions in the rocket operating system. The first rocket exploded about two years after launch killing all members of the expedition while in cryogenesis and the second rocket stopped propulsion after 6 years leaving members of the expedition stranded within the Milky Way Galaxy.
The last two publicly known expeditions ended in mutiny. On the third ship, 18 out of 100 of the members' cryogenic pods malfunctioned, wakening and opening them after 220 days. The awakened crew could not return to cryogenic stasis and were forced to live on the ship for 60 years before provisions were depleted, due to an increase in population, and they were forced to cannibalize the members who had remained in cryogenic stasis before each other.
The fourth and final public expedition ended in catastrophic failure when nearly all of the crew members awoke after 3 years from launch. The leadership of the fourth expedition had been given instructions to return to Earth in such an event, but the bulk of the crew disagreed and lead a coup. What happened after the coup is unknown as the leadership was incapacitated and no further updates had been given.
