The Nora
Government
The Nora government consists of three head matriarchs which are democratically elected for life, though they can be removed by an election as well.
Defences
The Nora have wooden 15ft high gates and natural mountain ranges surrounding their home. There are four gates, made from cut down trees, and are guarded fiercely by at least ten guards at all time. While isolation and lack of conflict have made The Nora more docile, they are more than willing to die for their people. Their weapons are rudimentary and basic, resembling stone age type weapons. Spears, bows and arrows, swords, and hidden traps.
Industry & Trade
The Nora people, due to their isolation, do not trade with other communities, cities, or countries. They have very basic lifestyles and do not produce anything in excess. Some items highly sought after by others from The Nora are their coloring techniques and arrows. While these are never for sale and technically aren't allowed to be traded for either, some Nora smugglers are willing to sell.
Infrastructure
The Nora people are a matriarchal lead traditional group.
Assets
The Nora people are not a materialistic group. They hold little value in physical items unless they are related to their spiritual culture.
Guilds and Factions
The Nora people have three factions within themselves. The Braves, the Guards, and the Family.
The Braves are the soldiers and hunters for The Nora. They are considered the highest-ranking faction and are treated with the most respect, just below the Matriarchs. There is only one chance to become a Brave, if one fails the test, they are never again allowed to take the test again. The test consists of proving one's physical strength and power through hunting, surviving alone, and combat. The test is available to all from the age of 16 and onwards.
The Guards are below the Braves, are the second most numerous group. They protect all the walls and gates and are the first line of defense from outsiders. Becoming a guard is easy enough. They only need to ask someone who is already a guard for mentorship and train under them for at least two years.
The Family members include everyone who isn't a Brave or a Guard. They are the largest faction.
The Matriarchs are not considered a separate faction because a Matriarch comes from of the three factions. There is a Brave, Guard, and Family Matriarch to help address any problems more evenly.

History
The Nora formed after a separationist group of women after the T-virus outbreak. They broke away from the main society and hid in the middle of the woods around the Rocky Mountains. After years of isolation and separation from the influence of the patriarchy, the women built their own society, a much more peaceful one. Repopulating the village was a difficult situation to handle. There were very few pregnant women at the beginning and now that their lives had become more stable, some women were seeking to return to a normal lifestyle. It was determined outside men would not be allowed into the ranks, but the women were welcome to get pregnant from outside men as long as they didn't endanger the rest of the village. Boys born on the inside of the village will be allowed to stay as long as they didn't beome problematic. Those who break the rules would be exiled and never allowed to return or visit.
