Mining Planets

Mining Planets are large, planet-covering server farms established to mine Credits. Almost always ecological disasters, these planets are near inhospitable for all but the hardiest races, which is why often they're staffed by work camps of Brovuds that take care of the Mining Rigs that coat the surface. Most Mining Planets have an orbital station where the softer races live.
