Fulgar (Full-Gar)

Fulgur is currently Lux’s primary suitor and the commander of her armies. He is physically imposing, with a massive body and horned head. His jewelry is as much armor as it is decoration, incorporating heavy plates of steel and sharpened spikes. 
Fulgur is an avid player of dragonchess, and plays on a dragon-sized board with humanoid servants who move on his behalf.
