Kuwei

Kuwei is the second-largest planet in the Fulmenos Star System. It is also the Tevinter Imperium's first attempt as colonizing other planets. They landed on the unoccupied planet in search of more Lyrium but that is not what they found. There were ruins of an ancient civilization found under the vast ocean that covers most of the planet. There are a few colonies and outposts attempting to research the history of these structures but their progress is slowed by the bombardment of hurricanes.
