Lightning Rail

"The Maelstrom radiates a bluish- purple light while surrounded by the dark void of space. Occasionally a tendril of cosmic energy lashes out from the center before shriveling up. The void of space is quiet but aboard the Lighting Rail, you hear the sounds of swishing air currents, nearby passengers talking, and the occasional rumble of the train car. You feel faint vibrations as the train passes over loadstones which make up the Lighting Rails tracks and allows it travel around Kios."
