Summary

While war rages on the surface of Kios, the dwarven kingdoms below were able to stay out of the conflict for the most part. They kept a watchful eye on the planet's core, to ensure it would continue to be stable. However, an unknown group from the surface infiltrated and deactivated the safety protocols protecting Kios. Without these active, the core became unstable, cracking Kios into four separate "Islands".
