Effect

The caster summons forth a buzzing swarm of locusts, cast anywhere within 50ft and with an area of 60ft. Roll a d20 for each enemy caught within the area, dealing 1d4 bludgeoning damage equal to the number rolled on each enemies d20. Each enemy may roll a resistance saving throw of 16, with successes taking half damage. This spell lasts for 3 turns; however, it can be countered with a large fire-based spell.
