The Dreamscape
The Dreamscape is an infinite world that can only be accessed through the Tunnel of Dreams. Reality in The Dreamscape is malleable, and is constantly changing due to the dreams of those who are trapped within it.
Since The Dreamscape exists outside of the Universe, time does not flow within it. Consequently things that would normally happen, such as wounds healing, don't. One of the biggest mysteries in The Dreamscape regarding time, is the cycle of sleep and wakefulness that persists even without the flow of time. Silver lining: this also means that those inside are immune to age and death.
When traveling back to the The Conscious Self through the Tunnel of Dreams, the traveler is taken back to the exact moment that they left. This is why the universe does not seem to be affected by so many of its inhabitants constantly moving in and out of it. This is also a reason why anyone and everyone can interact with each other, regardless of which point in spacetime they came from.
The Dreamscape is an infinite reality made up of several smaller, yet still infinite, "planes" known as Regions. Each Region revolves around a central theme. Each Region is connected to all the other Regions through a system of dimensional rifts called Bridges.
Geography
The geography in The Dreamscape varies dramatically depending on the Region. It covers everything from vast forests and swamps to arid deserts to hellish landscapes ... if it can be imagined, it is probably a landscape in The Dreamscape.
