Manatech
Mana Technology, Manatech or Manatech for short, is a type of technology that was first pioneered and researched by Bastien Rayleonardt before the Parliament Dismantlement War began. Manatech fuses the near-infinite energies emitted by the sudden surgence of Mana crystals with modernized electronic technologies. Bastien had spent his latest years in studying the properties of these Mana crystals, which had just been recently discovered in deep caverns scattered across the world. Without fully knowing where did they come from or how did they form, Bastien funded a multi-party expedition across Victoria and Osyris to extract more Mana crystals. In a matter of weeks, the expedition parties returned to Babylon with a plethora of multi-colored radiant Mana crystals, each emitting a distinct type of energy, but Bastien had said the amount of crystals the expedition extracted could power the entirety of Victoria for generations.
The Parliament of Magic approached Bastien and his expedition and invited them to join the organization as a whole new wing of research and development. Bastien did not hesitate, and with the enormous resources that the Parliament gave him, Bastien established his own subsidiary company "Rayleonardt's Machinery". It would only be a matter of time before Bastien succesfully fused the Mana crystals' energies with modern technology to create a self-sufficient, clean and powerful type of technology; Manatech. The new invention opened the path to a technological revolution that swiftly changed the landscape of Babylon, slowly spreading across the continent of Victoria. Manatech became an entirely new foundation to the livelihood of the human population and drastically changing the way they lived.
