Viriden

Viriden are largely considered a dangerous enemy. One may wonder why. Viridens, in appearance, are small, wooden and straw dolls. They wear an ink smile, similar to the Bubak, but are incredibly small. Oftentimes, a naive young child may find it and play with it. This often ends sadly. But why would a doll become an incredible danger? They have more than straw in their form.   These dolls are fairly rare, and often appear in homes that have existed for a long time - the result of a murder having happened in that home. Often it makes itself appear in other ways, but Viridens are typically the souls of beings attached greatly to their home, typically poor individuals. That's why old sahcks are a scary encounter, as these Viridens are often in these small shacks.   They appear as simple dolls, unsuspecting and small, but creepy nonetheless doll. It often appears in corners, or on dressers. Places where you'd notice it. Once picking it up, the curse begins.   The curse makes it to where losing the doll makes it appear nearby you wherever you go. Simply dropping it, throwing it, burying it won't do anything. It will continuously appear near you, no matter what you do. On your dresser, on your bed, on your table, with your daughter or son. To stop this curse, one must ignore the doll for a long period of time, trying not to touch it and definitely not trying to throw it away.    If one can do this, he will survive, and the doll will mysteriously dissappear one day. Otherwise, it will begin an attack phase. If in attack phase, it will grow six inky-black limbs of darkness and begin to chase you about. It will tear you apart, and you can only watch in horror. Despite this, you can also kill it by damaging the physical doll at this point, but it is difficult. Very difficult.
