Dragon
The mightiest creatures to walk the lands of Pangaea. Classified in several categories.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Dragons and their biology can be categorized into one of three groups:
The Dracoatl, are known for their long, slender bodies typically share similar physiology with serpents and Nagafolk. They tend to coil up when on land, often preferring to stay afloat in the skies whenever they aren't feeding or sleeping.
The Dracule and the Draconus, known for their traditional look, are more muscular in size and shape, choosing to either take to all fours or walk bipedally when they aren't soaring through the skies. Between the two, Draconus are the much more intimidating presence to their more slender Dracule counterparts.
Growth Rate & Stages
Dragons are known to grow fairly quick, reaching adulthood by year 10 and being classified as Lesser Dragons. Those who live a millennium grow in their elder dragon hides, officially being classified as Greater Dragons.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The Dracoatl are known for their control over nature and their manipulation of the elements, while the Dracule are known for their unique innate abilities, as well as the ability to learn magic. The Draconus hail as the strongest of dragonkind because of their ability to both control the natural elements and their unique innate abilities. The Dracoatl and Draconus in sharing a connection to the Pangaealands, are able to take advantage of the natural energy of the world to sense life and protect themselves in the same ways mortal races utilize chakra. The Dracule on the other hand, rely on their own innate abilities and as a result are sometimes seen as inferior.
