Phantom Hand

One of the most infamous guilds with unknown origins that dealt in a variety of work from thievery to assassinations and other heinous crimes across the Earthly Realm. Lead by Vega, known as the Phantom Thief, Phantom Hand had few who could oppose them and often clashed with the Sleeping Boar and other high ranking guilds. Their reign of terror suddenly came to an end when Vega turned himself in to authorities for numerous crimes.
